From July 1-3, 2024, as part of the SAME-NeuroID project, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Łukasz Stecko, a psychologist from the University of Wrocław, who led us through inspiring and energizing workshops.
On 29 June 2024, an MBA meeting at Łukasiewicz – PORT featured an presentation by Marta Małolepsza and Bertrand Dupond on the SAME-NeuroID project.
From June 25 to 29, 2024, Jakub Chwastek, PhD, attended the FENS Forum 2024 neuroscience conference in Vienna, the largest neuroscience meeting in Europe!
On June 27th, 2027 Viorica Raluca Contu participated in in the “Polish – American Symposium: Power of Stem Cells to Model Embryos and Organs,” in Warsaw.
On June 14th, 2024, the Neurohack presentation at Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences engaged an enthusiastic audience. Marta Małolepsza, the event coordinator, introduced the SAME-NeuroID project and the upcoming NeuroHack event.
Ewa Mrówczyńska (Post-doc) who is involved in the implementation of the in vitro component of the SAME-NeuroID platform, has visited on June 10-14th, 2024 the Department of Psychiatry at Erasmus University Medical Center (Erasmus MC).
On June 11, 2024, Erasmus MC University in Rotterdam hosted a pivotal “Bench to Bedside” meeting as part of the Horizon Europe (HORIZON) Twinning project, SAME-NeuroID.
On June 4th, 2024 SAME-NeuroID had the pleasure of visiting Wrocław University of Science and Technology as part of the “Health Tech: Innovations for Health” meet-up.
Young scientists from Łukasiewicz-PORT have beem on a two-week (26.05-08.06.2024) lab visit to one of the SAME-NeuroID partner institutions, the Paris Brain Institute (ICM).
Our Event Coordinator, Marta Malolepsza, had the opportunity to participate in the course “Event Manager – Planning, Organizing, and Managing Events„ which took place in Warsaw on May 23-24, 2024.
Our Young Investigator, Patrycja Ziuzia had the opportunity to attend the conference which took place in Aberdeen, Scotland on 15–17th May 2024.
On May 9th, 2024, we hosted the distinguished scientist, Prof. Leszek Kaczmarek, Professor at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland, and head of the Laboratory of Neurobiology.
On April 24th, 2024, we hosted Dr. Aleksandra Badura, Lab Head in Neural Networks Underlying Behavioral Flexibility at Erasmus University MC, Rotterdam, who delivered a lecture titled “The Role of Hind and Midbrain Inhibition in Autism-like Behaviours”.
Our Young Investigator Paweł Hanus attended the seminar ‚Measuring metabolism in the human brain: Translational challenges and opportunities’, which took place in St Olavs Hospital in Trondheim, 08-09.04.2024

On 15th June 2023, as part of the SAME-NeuroID project, we hosted prof. Jakub Włodarczyk, Professor at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland, head of the Laboratory of Cell Biophysics.
On Friday, 31st March 2023, as part of the SAME-NeuroID project and PORT Seminar Series, we hosted Ali Jawaid, PhD head of the Laboratory for Translational Research in Neuropsychiatric Disorders (TREND lab) at the BRAINCITY: Center of Excellence for Neural Plasticity and Brain Disorders, Warsaw, Poland.
Directors of the PORT management team and leaders of the SAME-NeuroID project met with the management board of the Paris Brain Institute (ICM) in Paris (March 27 - 29, 2023).
On 7th October we hosted DR. ANNE BERTOLOTTI who delivered first of the twelve SCIENTIFIC SEMINARS scheduled.
