Motivation Training at PORT

From July 1-3, 2024, as part of the SAME-NeuroID project, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Łukasz Stecko, a psychologist from the University of Wrocław, who led us through inspiring and energizing workshops.

The training was organized for two target groups: Senior Staff and young researchers. On the first day, the focus was on training managers in effective team motivation techniques, while on the second and third days, young researchers delved into techniques for personal motivation.

During the training, participants:

✅ focused on the neurobiological foundations of motivation, including the role of hormones and neurotransmitters.

✅ discussed the definition of motivation in psychology, distinguishing between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as its psychological and behavioral aspects.

✅ concentrated on the practical application of motivation models and their implementation in daily work.

We thank all participants for their active engagement and contribution to creating an amazing atmosphere. Your openness and commitment to self-improvement are key to our collective success!
