Event Manager Course Planning, Organizing, and Managing Events

Our Event Coordinator, Marta Malolepsza, had the opportunity to participate in the course “Event Manager – Planning, Organizing, and Managing Events„ which took place in Warsaw on May 23-24, 2024.

The training covered various aspects, including briefing, creative concept development, project documentation, budgeting, supplier collaboration, legal issues, and participant safety. It also highlighted the importance of event marketing in corporate strategies and introduced new technologies and solutions in event planning. 

Led by experienced trainer, the course provided a great understanding of managing events and handling crises, making it an invaluable experience. Furthermore, networking with industry peers was a significant benefit. Personally, the most valuable parts were learning how to create detailed budgets and preparation schedules for events. 

Additionally, the course provided essential industry terminology, which greatly improved my communication skills within the field.

Overall, this course was instrumental in enhancing my event management skills and knowledge.
