The Laboratory Management Training

On August 2nd, 2024, Jolanta Żelazko, Lab Manager form Łukasiewicz – PORT, complited the Laboratory Management Online course, which covered the following topics:

• Managing Operations and Processes
• Managing Teams in the laboratory
• Leadership and Change Management in the laboratory
• Managing Finances
• Managing Quality in the laboratory

The course covered a wide and practical range of topics. It provided information on team management strategies and tools for effective laboratory work.

Jolanta gained knowledge on how to effectively supervise a laboratory and make improvements in both quality and profitability. Also, she learned key soft skills to make confident decisions in a laboratory environment and, acquired the ability to control costs and understand financial management.
